Jacob & Co. is committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that bespoke commissions and personalized timepieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item, including all original certificates, warranty cards, and protective films, back into the Jacob & Co. presentation box and secure it in the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Complimentary Shipping

  Affix the pre-paid, fully insured shipping label provided by our team to your package and schedule a collection with our authorized courier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master horologists verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
